Inspirational! Being a manager for 23 years of a charity pack-away setting and a purpose built setting it is lovely to listen to someone who shares my passion for early years. The last three years have been tough and we have had to change what we have done/believed in to fit in with the restraints of Covid. From this September we are going back to open-ended natural recourses and what we do best. Listening to your passion has given me the confidence to get back to how I believe children learn best and just go for it again! Thank you Alex

As always Marmalade Academy training is by far the best Early Years Training I've attended. Informative, inspiring and reassuring in terms of a refresher to give you the confidence you're doing the right thing. I've done a number of getting ready for Ofsted courses and I have to say this one has given me the most reassurance and confidence. It details everything you need to be prepared in simple terms. I am now in the process of collating everything required into one easy to access file ready for when the time comes. Along with other related courses presented by Alexandra I have been able to feedback what is required to my team which has boosted morale and confidence in everyone's practice. Highly recommend this course.
