Marmalade Early Years Consultancy
I am an experienced early years teacher and consultant with a strong background in baby room practice, attachment, and early development. My work has focused on supporting settings to strengthen relationships, routines, and environments so babies feel safe, regulated, and ready to explore. Through training, coaching, and in-setting support, I help practitioners understand what babies really need from adults and how to translate theory into calm, responsive, and meaningful daily practice. This training gives learners clear, practical guidance they can use immediately to improve the quality of care and learning in their baby rooms.
For those working with babies from birth to age two — and beyond

I signed myself and my three Baby Room practitioners up to this training course, to further explore the 'Intent' of the Baby Room. The traning was delivered in a way my team fully understood. Examples were provided and every aspect of the course covered 'why' rather than just being told what they should do.
