Meet the speaker
Alexandra Chiorando
Marmalade Early Years Consultancy
I worked in preschool for many years as a teacher in school nursery and Reception, later leading practice as an EYFS leader. I have also worked extensively in private nurseries as a preschool teacher, supporting children across a wide range of settings. This course is built on that first-hand experience, combining what works in real classrooms and nursery rooms with practical guidance that helps practitioners deliver confident, consistent, and developmentally appropriate preschool practice.
Inside the Preschool Room: What Quality Practice Really Looks Like
This training takes you inside everyday preschool practice and looks closely at the small, often unnoticed moments that make the biggest difference for children. It explores how routines, environments, interactions, and play come together to support learning, behaviour, and wellbeing. The course is structured to help practitioners reflect on what is working, strengthen consistency across the team, and build confidence in making intentional decisions that support children aged 3–4. You will leave with clearer understanding, practical ideas you can use immediately, and a stronger sense of purpose in your role.
